Land Sharks

A land shark, also known as mage hound, stands as the pinnacle of ferocity and design. They are fast, sleek, and not a force for most to reckon with.

Stories tell of the hound being developed in the last age, and therefor a production of man kind rather than nature. Certainly, watching one in motion, one might get the feeling that the beast s not of this world.

Today, they are mainly kept and bred solely by a special sect of handlers.  They are quite uncommon, with their stories far out-spanning the creatures actual numbers.

Unless you were born into being a handler, or are well versed in ancient knowledge, any further information is hazzy at best.
